obviously after going back to the site the coupon code said 'expired,' so i sent them an angry email about how an internal process error is not the fault of the customer and that at&t is refusing to take responsbility for their reactions, regardless of whose fault it was. and i also said something about it being a ploy to lure more potential customers to the website. i doubt anything will come of it.
