I've placed multiple orders from them. Shipping is free, but it comes from Hong Kong, so it WILL take a while for your items to arrive.
Also I think their customer service is very helpful. One time I ordered an item that was supposed to have a battery. It came without one and they sent me out a whole new item with a battery free of charge.
