so if you go to http://www.lala.com and register you get 50 free mp3's. the catch is that they're web based, and you can only hear ur songs online on that website, to the best of my knowledge. however, if you buy music anyways, those 50 free ones are 10 cents each, so if u do decide to buy it so u can transfer it to say itunes, it's only 87 or 77 cents as opposed to 99 cents. and i guess when you have "friends" on their site, you can share the music you have and give it to ur friend as a gift. so if we all work together, we can have more than 50 web songs. better than nothing, right?
