- Look for an offer for "Spend $115 or more, get $15 back, up to 2 times (total of $30)" on you Wireless Bill
- Click "Add to Card"
- Complete your purchase at a wireless service provider
- Limit of 2 statement credits (total of $30) per cardmember
- Purchases must be made by 12/31/2022
