I'm ordering one or two. I have about 12 pieces of "seasoned" cast iron my Grandma gave me. These are some of the best pieces of cookware I have ever owned. When you wash it, (I suggest NOT using the dishwasher) dry it immediately and spray some Pam or use some cooking oil on a paper towel to rub in the base of this magnificent piece. At least that was I was always told. Keeps them from rusting and keeps them "seasoned".
