just called and was told either $10 off or free shipping, can't have both. and in order to use the $10 the total must be $11, w/e!!!!!
ugh i just called and they said the exact same thing to me! total bullshit. they probably saw all the ppl getting free stuff and then decided to change their rules around. not a good company :nono:

inconsistent! everyone fairly got a code...we just were smart enough to save it for a possible better deal..and it comes along (free shipping) and they honor it for some people and change the rules for others...:nono:

Sorry to all those who got screwed. These companies need to learn that there are a few of us who like to take advantage of a deal. I'm sure it wasn't a large number of people doing it anyways... Maybe if they lowered the prices it wouldn't be an issue!
