Deal Instructions:

1. Log into or create a DSW VIP Rewards Account
2. To participate in this offer, your Rewards Balance must be greater than 0
   • Choose 1 of the following:
     • Add your birthday to your profile +10 Points
       • Points will display in your account in 3-5 business days
     • Download and log in to the DSW app as a DSW VIP member +30 Points
       • Points will display in 24-48 hours
3. Bring your new or gently-worn shoes to any DSW location
4. Let a store associate know you’d like to donate, and add your shoes to the donation box
5. The store associate will apply 200 points to your DSW VIP account
6. You may donate weekly through August 31 and accumulate multiple $10 Rewards
