When I got to the end it said They could only send the card to 3 or 4 metropolitan areas. That disqualifies most of the country.

I did it and got a confirmation email...it says they will still accept from people ages 18-29.

I did it and it said I would get an e-mail about my GC. The group is only open in certain areas.
