Hi Krystal,

They are definitely real. There were a large number of requests for the crystals, many of which were false and spam requests. We sent out a "verification" email to everyone that requested and those that responded, as requested, to the email have all received the samples.

I will look up your request and get you a crystal sample out first thing in the morning and you should receive it by Wednesday or Thursday.

I'm very sorry for the delay. Please let me know if you have any questions after you receive your sample.
