Sign up for the rewards program (you have to enter a credit card)
Log in
Under my account on the right hand side there should be $10 under available awards
Click print to get your code, and use it at "checkout+promo" at jcp.com

Humm I just signed up and added a credit card but it doesnt show the $10 Rewards. I see on the right hand side what you are talking about but it says avaiable: then its blank. It says I need to earn 250 points for the $10

maybe you have to enter a JC Penny credit card?

The email I got said "Create your membership profile and register the cards you shop with at JCPenney. From here, you'll also print your $10 JCP Rewards Certificate"

So it doesn't say it has to be a JCP card

I just put in a regular credit card and it worked for me...I didn't even have an account at JCPenny. Sorry it's not working for anyone

It worked 4 me. I just used the second square and used my visa card number :h5:

I think the TEN4YOU promocode that webhunting has posted in hot deals is the only $10 off $10 we'll be getting from jc penney.
